Yes, the police would be institutionally racist - and whites would be
targeted for all crimes. If a white boy was stabbed by a bunch of black kids,
the whitey would be under suspicion for starting the fracas, and the white
family would be bugged and monitored wherever they went, until enough dirt
was found to absolve the blacks of any crime.
